Introduction to Transformation
People hear the word transformation, but they may not understand its meaning. How would you explain what transformation is?
Transformation … it’s more like a metamorphosis. Like a caterpillar to a butterfly … Your values, your way of thinking, your actions, your total operating system is taking on a whole new life. It is taking on a new and total way of being, as opposed to say just changing a few actions.
A butterfly is a total complete system and is quite different than a caterpillar. At the moment of transformation a total and complete system is intact. When the shedding of the chrysalis happens, a total new entity is born. And it is a complete system.
When humans transform the thinking process, belief systems, ways of seeing, and actions come from a different paradigm. They take on a whole new process of living. This audio program is designed as an introduction for individuals who have a renewed interest in “Transformation Work.” among the 16 easy to listen tracks, a few of the featured conversations include “transformation,” “relationships,” “inner qualities,” “circumstances,” “the game of life,” and “trust” among others.

When you transform you have a sense of possibility that you didn’t have before. Now what?
Prior to transformation work, the general public tends to drift down the river of life in a survival state of consciousness. In this “world view” we live among people, but not totally connected. With a concern for survival of our world view, we compromise our integrity and do not clearly think for ourselves. Our clarity gets refracted by the concern for safety, looking good, conrol, and being right. Personal survival concerns separate us from other people, because our need is to play the game of life to survive and to get acceptance. It drives us internally in spite of our genuine feelings for other people. It causes a me-me-me-me-me focus.
When one is Living Transformation, the focus is more inclusive — ecological. One tends to feel that I’m not alone. My well-being is in relationship with others. Interpersonal interests prevail. Our common humanity become the prominent values in life. Who I am and who you are, and who we are as human beings at a much deeper level become important. Our bliss is connection and living, rather than separation and survival.
The interpersonal experience becomes sacred and it becomes the means by which one achieves maximum value. Some of the fundamental values and “success habits” discussed in these dialogues include “commitment”, “surrender”, “responsibility”, “possibility”, “choice”, “intention”, and more.
A masterful life looks like ease in going about life and interacting with people and the world. How does it happen?
When Western thinkers hear the word mastery, generally, what comes to mind is that you are supposed to be totally in control. But there are other ways to look at the phenomenon.
On being in control, the lay person invokes a sort of ego-oriented type of control, or having personal power over something. But another view comes from having control within oneself as one goes through the world. It focuses on how you can effectively participate in the world so you are in harmony with your environment and being the context that allows you to experience the reality that you want in the world.
Mastery recognizes that what you want already exists. What ever is missing for you is a matter of what is missing within you; and what is present for you is consistent with what is present within you. The adddage of where you come from is where you are going is to say that the context of your character is a measure of the content in your reality. In mastery, one see the world as a relational phenomenon between how you are being in the world and how the world occurs for you as manifestation.
Mastery does not mean that we are free of upset? Upsets are relative. They depend on your perspective. You can shift your perspective from one view to another, and cause for yourself a different experience.
One could say that the world is perfect as it is. Given where you are coming from, given where others are coming from, and given the relationship that you have, the world is always perfect. It is an evolving world. It’s not a good world, it’s not a bad world, it’s not the right world, or the wrong world, it’s just you’ve got what you’ve got. The master takes life on its own terms — neither victim nor victor. Neutral. The eyes of the beholder is the key to one’s plight or bliss. The stance one takes regarding anything determines how one navigates one’s own existence and quality of life.
This audio session is a forum on states of being. It includes talks on “neutrality”, “ownership”, “non-attachment”, “being present”, “interpretation”, “vision”, and “manifestation”, to name a few.
